Job requirements
1. College degree or above, male or female, 30-40 years old
2. Be engaged in workshop management for more than three years and have team management experience of more than 100 people

operating duty
1. Preside over the daily work of the workshop and make the workshop management normalized, standardized and reasonable
2. Organize and promote the work of IATF 16949 system in the workshop, system implementation and control, and quality improvement measures
3. Production process control and production cost control
4. Lead the talent training and successor training of each functional group to ensure the smooth progress and succession of all work
5. Arrange the qualification identification and skill improvement training of workshop personnel

Job requirements

2. More than 3 years of business experience,
3. Skillfully use office software and ERP system. Excel table ability,
4. Strong sense of responsibility, strong communication skills,
5. Engineering background is preferred;

Job responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the sorting and preparation of BOM, drawings and production process in the early stage of the company's harness project.
2. Be responsible for tracking the project progress and production progress. Product quality.
3. Be responsible for technical communication and scheme review with customers, and assist in project related business.

Job requirements
1. College degree or above.
2. Experience in automotive wiring harness is preferred.
3. Be familiar with relevant design and testing of harness industry.
4. Team player, good at communication and travel adjustment.
